When you opened the downloaded ZeeControls help file (.CHM), the right pane displayed "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" or "The address is not valid".
Cause:
The CHM file is downloaded from a network location that is, by default, not trusted.
Solution:
When you open the CHM file, you should see the following Security Warning dialog. Please uncheck 'Always ask before opening this file', then click 'Open'.
If you have already opened the file without unchecking the box, please 'unblock' the file by:
- In Windows Explorer, right-click the CHM file and select 'Properties'
- On the 'General' tab, click 'Unblock'
- Then click 'OK'
